Our team includes Mital, an experienced marketing specialist; Steven, a great tech support and implementation specialist; and of course ChrisR, an experienced application engineer of Contact Center Operations and Technology.
I've spent my entire career working with Enterprise Contact Center solutions, supporting up to 5,500 agents or more, across a wide variety of markets, including: Finance, HealthCare, Help Desk Ops, Sales, and more.
Contact Center has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to taking advantage of the latest trends for Customer Service.
Today, all Contact Center solutions are focused on using AI (artificial intelligence) to give them an advantage of providing better service for their customers.
